The latching systems are available in plastic, zinc and acid-proof, stainless steel.

All handles used in the Klima-Flex 1-system (K1) fit both in-swing and out-swing doors. They are available in tool-locking, padlocking, cylinder locking - or in nonlocking version. One of the ingenious aspects of Klima-flex is that the handles can be attached after the HVAC unit has been delivered to its destination.

The latching units are available for two different cut-outs: Combi or K-Flex. Certain cams may be adjusted along the length of latching units with a threaded shaft.

The K1 roller cams are designed for quick and easy mounting and reduces the friction in the latching operation and increase gasket compression. They are available in several sizes and shapes.

Several products may be used for inside options. Important for pressurized systems is the safety catch that prevents the door from flying up without control, when opening the door. For walk-in HVAC units, internal emergency handles should be installed. Options also include components for multi-point latching.

An external latching point may be used with a frame-mounted striker -for a completely surface-mounted latch. In order to reach sufficient compression, the striker
is adjustable. The latching point may be combined with all K1 handlesand K2-handles.

The Klima-flex 2 roller cam is quick to install and is adjustable. This ensures smooth and secure closing of the door, as well as optimal compression against the sealing profile. The cast-in scale on the side of the cam makes adjustments easy. The roller cam works well with multi-point latching.
